Hever Castle Golf Club is the perfect environment in which to learn golf or fine tune the skills you already have. Whatever your golfing ability the professional staff will be delighted to help you derive greater enjoyment from the game by improving your skills.
Peter joined Hever in 1992 and quickly established himself as a much sought after teacher in the local area.
He has hosted numerous golf schools in the UK and across Europe and was also part of the coaching team at the PGA junior centre for the 2003 Open held at Royal St. Georges.
As well as helping others with their game Peter has had playing success of his own including winning the Regional Finals of the Lombard Trophy in 2007. Accompanied by his amateur partner for the event, a 2 handicapper, they recorded a winning better ball score of 60 (12 under par)
Coaching remains Peter's first passion and he runs a busy summer programme for the Juniors in the area, this combines the development of sound technique with a fun aspect that is vital for children.
The 2007 summer schedule also sees Peter running a qualifying round for the HSBC Wee Wonders Championship at Hever; this is a national event that is for children aged between 5yrs – 12yrs.

Group Lessons
Group lessons are available from Peter and provide a nice start to your golf day or a chance for novice members of your party to get a taster for the game of golf. Novice golfers may wish to combine some golf tuition with a visit to the castle as this can add another dimension to your golf day.
